Summary

Luna is a kids’ English-learning app designed for the App Store Kids Category. We do not collect, store, or share any personal information about children or their guardians. There are no user accounts, no analytics, no third-party advertising SDKs, and no social features. Everything happens on your device.

What we do not collect

• No name, email, phone number, or account credentials
• No photos, audio, or camera/microphone access
• No location data
• No contacts or address book information
• No advertising identifiers
• No third-party analytics or tracking SDKs
• No social network or chat features

What stays on your device

The app stores your child’s progress (stars earned, packs purchased) locally on your device using a private local database. This data:

• Never leaves the device
• Is not transmitted to us or any third party
• Is automatically deleted when you uninstall the app

In-App Purchases

The app sells optional non-consumable content packs through Apple’s StoreKit. All payment processing is handled directly by Apple — we never see, store, or process payment information. Purchases require parental authorization through both our in-app parent gate (a math problem) and Apple’s standard purchase confirmation.

Children’s privacy (COPPA)

Luna is built specifically for children. We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Apple’s Kids Category guidelines:

• Zero collection of personal information from children
• No external links accessible without a parent gate
• No ability for kids to communicate with strangers
• No advertising of any kind
• All purchase actions require parent gate

Third-party services

The only third party involved in this app is Apple, which:

• Processes in-app purchases (Apple ID required)
• Distributes the app

We do not integrate any other third-party services, SDKs, or libraries that collect data.

Changes to this policy

If we ever change this policy, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top and ship the new version with an app update. You will see the change before any new app version reaches your device.
