Acceptance

By installing and using Luna, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app.

Use of the app

Luna is provided for personal, non-commercial use by you and the children in your care. You may not:

Free access

Luna does not contain in-app purchases, subscriptions, advertising, or paid content packs. All learning content bundled with the app is available at no additional charge. Learning progress, earned stars, and reward-room items are part of play and have no cash value.

App updates

Luna checks the device’s official App Store or Google Play service for newer versions. A newer version may be required before learning continues so every family receives important safety and compatibility fixes. The store action is protected by a parent gate. Luna continues to work when the version check is unavailable or the device is offline.

Optional Apple Game Center

On Apple devices, a parent may enable Game Center from Luna’s parent-gated Parent Zone. Apple manages Game Center accounts, player profiles, leaderboards, achievements, challenges, activities, and invitations under Apple’s terms and privacy policy. Luna stars, scores, and achievements have no cash value. A parent can stop future Luna progress syncing from Parent Zone.

No warranty

The app is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all devices.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the app.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update the “Last updated” date and ship the new version with an app update.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the app is offered through the App Store or Google Play.
