Acceptance
By installing and using Luna, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app.
Use of the app
Luna is provided for personal, non-commercial use by you and the children in your care. You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the app
- Use the app in a way that violates Apple’s App Store terms
In-App Purchases
- Purchases are non-consumable: you own them permanently on your Apple ID
- All purchases require parental authorization through both our in-app parent gate and Apple’s standard purchase confirmation
- Pricing is set in your local currency by Apple
- Refund requests are handled through Apple’s standard refund process — please contact Apple Support directly
Restoring purchases
You can restore previous purchases at any time through the “Restore Purchases” option in the Parent Zone of the app. Restoration requires that you sign in with the same Apple ID that made the original purchase.
Family Sharing
In-app purchases support Apple’s Family Sharing feature where applicable. Family members on the same Apple Family group can access content purchased by any member.
No warranty
The app is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all devices.
Limitation of liability
Our liability for any claim related to the app is limited to the amount you paid for the app and any in-app purchases you made.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will update the “Last updated” date and ship the new version with an app update.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the app is offered through the App Store.
